Merge and Redeem

Any user can merge and redeem their 1:1 $ULSD and $ETHy tokens back into their underlying asset at any time, which in the first phase is stETH. Therefore, when a user holds an equal amount of $ULSD and $ETHy tokens, they effectively hold stETH.
